GYM BUILDER METHOD
We help brick and mortar gym owners to build to improve business operations, increase profitability building cash in the bank and get clear on how to create a business and model that scales beyond where it is today.
The deliverables
You will get a 60-minute 1 on 1 coaching call every 2-weeks, access to our online learning platform and access to a group call every Tuesday at 1p ET.
The commitment
There is a minimum 90-day commitment, after the first 90 days, you can stop at anytime per our Guarantee and cancelation policy listed below.
The Investment
Your investment is $599 every 28 days. This rate is yours for life and not be subject to future price increases.
THE FIRST 90 DAYS
We'll work on 3-key systems, in this order:
1. The Operations Playbook™
We’ll audit where your time is going (or not going) in your business, and begin to systematize and align your team to simplify the core functions of your business. On average owners free up 6 to 8 hours a week of focused time/wk.
2. The Gym ATM Machine™
We’ll assess the current cash flow to create a simple system to begin to stack more cash every week in your business. On average, most business can expect to increase net profit 1-6% and start to stack $250 to $1000+/wk.
3. Design Your Perfect Gym Model
We'll get clear on what your goals are, where the model is now, and use that information to know how to strategically move toward the model’s pricing, deliverables, organizational chart, and updated compensation model.
Guarantees, refunds and cancelation
All sales are final - we offer no guarantees, no promises of results and no refunds.
If you do not love the program, you can leave at any time though. Gym Builder is a community. Not a hostage situation. No contracts. It’s a ‘gentleman's agreement’.
You can leave anytime, we ask for 14 days' notice emailed to support@gymbuildermethod.com. If you have a scheduled payment due inside of those 14-days it will be processed.
If you leave you’ll be unable to rejoin for the next 12 months.
