How it works

Master Method is dynamic, we're constantly working with the group to improve the experience and results - here is how we currently work with owners and their teams to grow...

Weekly workshop calls: These 60-minute calls are open to gym owners and their key team members. We methodically working through the Gym Builder Method Roadmap™. Since most gyms are functional, the goal on these calls is to create conversation and collaboration to raise your teams abilities so you/they can take the right actions that week for your business.

Transformation over information or mindless 'homework'.

Monthly cohort calls: The groups are broken up by revenue <50k/mo and > 50k/mo. This dynamic creates the right conversations with the right people to source feedback from those who have done what you want to or are doing it now. When owners get close to the 'next level' they are invited in to observe to see how those ahead of them are approaching the game.

Monthly leaderboard: We have some custom software that everyone inputs their numbers into monthly. This allows you to see your own progress overtime financially, operationally and in terms of leverage created. It also allows you to see how you rank in the system, see trends, patterns and for us to share best practices based on the data.

Online portal and curriculum: We use Skool as a collaborative space to connect with each other, share what's working, ask for feedback, access curriculum and more - it's easy to use and creates a space to always have people at your finger tips. We open this up to your your team members as well and build the curriculum in a manner it can be delegated.

3 Live events a year: In 2023 the events are as follows; Feb 20/21st in Oceanside, Cali, Jun 1/2nd on Lake Wylie, NC and Oct 16/17th Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. These 2 day events are hosted in large homes in desirable locations, all owners and key staff are welcome to attend. The events are a combination of subject matter expert presentations and location presentations for feedback on how to keep progressing.

Pricing: With the deliverables above, all owners will get a minimum of 9, 1 on 1 calls in the first 90-days and calls every 2-weeks thereafter or weekly if the right fit for the business.

The recurring monthly investment ranges from $1200 to $2200.
